$250,000 Dispute Concerning Facilities Addition

Represented a regional hospital in a $250,000 dispute concerning an addition to its facilities. Following construction, abnormalities were discovered in the roof of the new facility. Claims were raised against the project’s architect, general contractor and several subcontractors. Through a series of negotiations we were able to first get the parties to agree to toll the running of the statutes of limitations; then ultimately to contribute to a settlement to pay for the damaged roof.
