Currently appealing a use variance by the Meriden Zoning Board of Appeals on behalf of the City of Meriden, Connecticut’s City Planner and Zoning Enforcement Officer in New Haven Superior Court. Executive Auto Group obtained a variance from the ZBA allowing it to build and operate a large used car sales facility in a zone that prohibits such a use.
