The firm has served as one of the Treasurer's Office bond counsel firms since 1995 having worked on education-related matters, including the state's school construction grant program and the Connecticut State University and Connecticut Community-Technical College bond programs. We assisted the Treasurer's Office in drafting the Connecticut State University System 2020 Bond Program legislation. The firm has also coordinated the State's private activity volume cap carry forward elections.
