Co-author of the Connecticut Bar Association manual originally published in 1987 and revised in 2006, which provides Connecticut real estate practitioners with the widely accepted model forms and detailed commentary for drafting documents for the creation of condominiums, cooperatives and planned-unit developments under the Connecticut Common Interest Ownership Act (CIOA).
