Defended Challenges to Terms in Franchisor's Renewal Agreements Brought by 40 Francisees

Forty gas station franchisees brought suit against our client in federal court in Connecticut, challenging eight key provisions in the franchisor’s standard franchise lease and supply agreements. The action implicated both federal and state franchise laws, and was resolved without proceeding to trial.
