Election and Public Referendum Expenses Appeal by Regional School Board

The Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission held that a regional school board had violated state election laws in connection with a school budget referendum. This appeal raised statutory construction issues of first impression and issues relating to the constitutionality of Conn. Gen. Stat. § 9-369b. Sweetman v.
