Table 1, contains select bills before the General Assembly that may be of interest generally on environmental, energy, and land use matters. It is not an exhaustive list of bills, but rather a select list intended to provide a useful way to track and review bills at a glance and to access additional information.
You can use the table below to get more information about a bill by selecting the "Bill Status" link (or the "File Copy" link once file copies become available) for any bill. The links will connect to up-to-date information on each bill of interest. See Attachment "A" (attached) for an explanation of how to find bill information on the Bill Status page and in the File Copy.

If you are considering testifying on a bill, it is especially important to check the bill status for the bill you are tracking or the Committee agendas on a regular basis to find the public hearing date. Table 2 contains links to agendas for upcoming committee meetings and public hearings as well as minutes from prior meetings and public hearings. The Environment Committee will hold its next public hearing on February 22, 2010 and the Energy and Technology will hold its next public hearing on February 23, 2010. Agendas for both Committees are available by selecting the Committee's "Public Hearing Agendas" link below.
To view the upcoming and past public hearing agendas, meeting agendas, or minutes, select the appropriate link in Table 2 below.
