Favorable Settlement Obtained in Pre-Arbitration

Represented an Italian insulation distributor in arbitration with a U.S. company over the distribution rights to a unique form of insulation that was part of a $4 million contract with the Italian Navy. After pre-arbitration discovery we negotiated a favorable settlement resulting in payment to our client.
