Represented the owner/developer of a multi-million dollar shopping plaza construction project in Danbury. We successfully defended the client at trial against non-payment claims by one of the subcontractors. Through mediation, numerous other mechanic's liens and related construction claims brought by the general contractor and numerous subcontractors against our client were settled favorably for our client.
