Our representation has included a leveraged recapitalization, senior debt, equity and mezzanine financing, various strategic acquisitions, union negotiations, labor and employment counseling and litigation, non-compete and trade secret enforcement, leasing activities, equity compensation plans and grants, contracting with suppliers and customers, counseling with regard to supplier and customer bankruptcies, commercial disputes and litigation, attendance at Board meetings and general corporate counseling and housekeeping.
