We brought action for defects in construction of a storage facility in Stamford, Connecticut for client claiming millions of dollars in damages. The claims were brought against the prime contractor, a key supplier and the engineering firm. The case was settled to all defendants when the prime contractor went into bankruptcy, leaving our client with a judgment valued in excess of $500,000 and actual cash settlements in smaller amounts from the other defendants.
