Represented a public school in Fairfield County, Connecticut in a dispute involving issues relating to mold contamination at an elementary school undergoing new construction and renovations. We successfully negotiated agreements with the architects, the general contractor and several other contractors towards a resolution of claims regarding remediation to be achieved.
