Negotiated Settlement in Complex Construction Dispute

Represented a property developer and its financing partners in a complex construction dispute with the builder of a residential tower in Hartford, CT. After multiple arbitration and mediation sessions we negotiated a settlement among the owners, lenders, guarantors, investors, and general contractor of the project, allowing our client to close out the project and complete its financing.
