Negotiated Settlement on Behalf of Client for Claims of Adverse Possession and Trespass

Property Owners

Represented owners of property being sued by their neighbor for adverse possession and trespass, related to a fence and driveway installed by our clients that did not properly follow the neighbor’s property line. The matter was urgent because our clients were trying to sell their property and could not do so until the boundary dispute was resolved. We quickly negotiated a settlement whereby our clients were granted an easement to the disputed land by the neighbor.
