Represented a national building contractor that was hired to construct a regional distribution facility for nationwide retail chain. The outer paint coatings of the facility failed to adhere to the building structure, resulting in a multitude of claims against the painting subcontractor and supplier. After extensive litigation and expert witness discovery, we were able to obtain a favorable settlement through mediation.
