Prosecuted Securities Fraud and RICO Allegations

Represented multiple investors, as plaintiffs, in federal action in Connecticut, against real estate promoter and syndicator, for securities fraud and RICO violations, in connection with plaintiffs’ investments in several Connecticut real estate projects. Obtained favorable settlement before trial. Case also resulted in criminal prosecution, and incarceration, of defendant.
