Statutory Theft of Trade Secrets Action

Represented client in action against a former employee who misappropriated computer records from his employer in order to obtain commissions as a broker of record. Claims asserted were statutory theft of trade secrets; conversion damages for computer-related offenses; unfair trade practices and breach of fiduciary duty. Relief included ex parte temporary injunction and turn over orders and, following trial, a permanent injunction and punitive damages.
