Obtained Injunction to Require Franchise to Vacate Premises

We initiated a lawsuit on behalf of a franchisor in federal court in Connecticut to enforce its termination of a franchise and for trademark violations under the Lanham Act. We resolved the case by having the Court issue a permanent injunction requiring the franchisee to vacate the premises.
