Court of Common Council of the City of Hartford and the Hartford Board of Education
Represented both the Court of Common Council of the City of Hartford and the Hartford Board of Education in the defense of claims asserted by Educational Alternatives, Inc. (EAI) following the termination of its contract to operate the schools in the City of Hartford. Claims were resolved at a fraction of the initial demand without suit being filed.
