Shipman & Goodwin attorneys Barry C. Hawkins and Rebecca B. Brown authored a chapter in a book to be published by the American Bar Association this summer. The chapter, “Certificate of Title Law – Connecticut”, will be a part of the book entitled “The ABA Compendium on State Certificate of Title Laws.”
When published, the book will serve as an invaluable resource tool for both academics and the Uniform Law Commission. It will be used to help research requested or proposed uniform law projects being currently studied and considered on registration and certification of boats, manufactured or mobile homes and off the road vehicles.
