Trademark Infringement and False Statement of Origin Case

Action for trademark infringement and false statement of origin for counterfeit jewelry against manufacturer of plastic cards on which earrings are attached for retail sale and against discount retailer operating stores in ten states and Canada. Relief obtained included a temporary injunction served on all of the defendant retailers' stores, expedited discovery, a permanent injunction, and payment of damages.
