Liquidation of Portfolio of 60 Hotels

For six years represented a major Boston bank through the liquidation of a portfolio of over 50 Day Inns Hotel REO properties and mortgages around the country. The work included oversight of foreclosure against several of the hotels, negotiation of management contracts with hotel operators, negotiation of franchise contracts with new flags, negotiation of other hotel operating agreements, and several sales of individual hotels and ultimately the residual portfolio.
