Alison Baker practices in the area of civil litigation where she works on corporate and financial litigation matters. She represents a number of investment funds and placement agents, litigating a variety of legal issues involving contract disputes, fraudulent transfers, and breaches of fiduciary duty.
Alison has significant experience in a variety of real estate disputes, and represents numerous banks, title insurance companies, creditors and landowners in litigation, arbitration and mediation. In particular, Alison routinely represents the interests of creditors in complex commercial foreclosure proceedings and is experienced with negotiating loan refinancing agreements, obtaining title to real and personal property, and procuring assets to cover unsecured debt.
Alison has experience practicing in both state and federal court and in representing parties in both domestic and international arbitrations.
