Derek Mogck received two impressive honors recently from the construction industry. First, he was admitted to the National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB) Construction Law Attorney Forum. This select group of 45 lawyers from around the country serves as a resource for NAHB members and lawyers representing home building clients. Mogck is one of only two lawyers from Connecticut on the panel.
Second, at its annual awards dinner held on June 18th, Mogck was elected to the Board of Directors for the University of Hartford's Construction Institute. The Institute is a non-profit, non-partisan association of diverse professionals working to improve the construction industry by sharing experiences and knowledge, advancing relationships, and developing business leaders. It is the only organization of its kind in New England. Mogck will also serve as Chairman of the Institute's Program Committee.
