Julie Fay has rejoined the law firm of Shipman & Goodwin as Counsel in the School Law Practice Group. She has represented both public and private schools in a wide variety of general education law matters. Ms. Fay has a particular focus on issues relating to students with disabilities, student discipline, confidentiality, school governance and policies.
