Attorney Kent Nevins Appointed to Advisory Board

Attorney Kent Nevins was recently appointed to the Advisory Board of the Wilbur F. Breslin Center for Real Estate Studies at Hofstra University. Mr. Wilbur F. Breslin is among the preeminent leaders of the real estate industry on Long Island.

Attorney Nevins practice includes the representation of large-scale complex commercial real estate development and finance matters on a national basis, including acquisitions, development, finance (involving among other types, construction, acquisition, development, permanent, workouts and restructures), CMBS, capital markets, joint ventures, leasing, sales, exchanges, syndications, tax-exempt and government assisted projects, condominiums, hospitality, retail, multifamily, office, industrial, golf courses, mobile home parks and other property types.
