Tom Flynn practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, securities and private equity. He represents emerging growth, closely held and middle market companies (both public and private), as well as venture funds and equity investors of all kinds.

His representation of emerging growth and middle market companies includes general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and joint ventures, equity finance, technology development, technology licensing and transfer, product development and product commercialization (including distributor and agency agreements, supply agreements, OEM agreements and general product purchase and sale transactions), both as to domestic and international matters.  Tom has experience with clients across many industries, including bioscience and health care, information technology and software, e-commerce, advanced materials, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, energy, photonics/optics and distribution/logistics. 

Tom's private equity and finance practice includes the regular representation of venture capital, strategic, mezzanine and angel investors in a variety of debt and equity investments and fund formation and administration matters. Tom's finance practice includes the representation of trustees and escrow agents in connection with bond financings and other corporate trust matters.
