Steven Gold practices in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and commercial finance, including establishment and counseling of various entities and finance matters. He represents a diverse group of corporations and entrepreneurs, commercial banks, investment banks and investors in corporate and commercial finance transactions, investments, secured and unsecured financings and asset based lending matters, including loan/equity documentation, workouts and restructurings.  Steve also represents high technology and emerging growth entities, including numerous computer, software and telecommunications companies.  His practice also includes “corporate divorce,” representation of senior management and professional entities in partnership and corporate matters and general business/commercial/employment related issues.
