Acquisition Expansion and Refinancing of Regional Distribution Facility Cheshire Distribution Center in Cheshire, Connecticut The acquisition and proposed expansion of the 800,000 sq. ft. Cheshire Distribution Center in Cheshire, Connecticut.

$26 Million Former G. Fox Building State of Connecticut, Department of Public Works Representation included negotiation and drafting of the Amended and Restated Reciprocal Easement and Operating Agreement (REOA), having originally represented the State of Connecticut in the acquisition of the complex and the drafting of the REOA.
