Our team represents a variety of clients, including national institutional and corporate creditors and business debtors, in bankruptcy, commercial litigation, workout and foreclosure actions. We regularly represent secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, insurance companies, franchisors, health care businesses, corporations, partnerships, equipment lessors, state and local agencies, software companies, real estate entities, retailers and suppliers in bankruptcy proceedings throughout the United States and in actions brought in the Connecticut courts.
