Each year, Connecticut Technology Council's Innovation Pipeline Awards are presented. CTC's IPA program assists emerging tech companies and highlights them through this annual awards program. Donna Brooks has served as a judge each year since 2009, and has helped to select up-and-coming technology companies for awards in areas such as software and green technology.
