Daniel A. Schwartz, an employment litigator and trial lawyer who also authors the award-winning Connecticut Employment Law Blog, has joined Shipman & Goodwin’s Labor and Employment practice as Partner and will reside in the firm’s Hartford office.
Mr. Schwartz represents employers in various employment law matters such as discrimination, restrictive covenants, human resources, retaliation and whistleblowing, and wage and hour issues. He speaks nationally on social media, internet and privacy issues facing employers, and is a frequent presenter on a wide range of employment law and commercial litigation topics. Mr. Schwartz has also been interviewed by newspapers, radio and television programs and legal blogs on numerous employment law topics.
