Henry Zaccardi represents public and private employers and non-profit organizations in all aspects of labor relations and employment law. This includes union representation elections, collective bargaining, contract administration, personnel policies and practices, wage and hour disputes, drug and alcohol testing, family and medical leave, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, occupational health and safety and related matters and regulatory compliance.

He is a frequent speaker on employee relations and labor and employment law at functions sponsored by various professional associations and employer organizations and he is the author of numerous articles on labor and employment topics.
