Glenn Cunningham, Chair of Shipman & Goodwin’s Intellectual Property practice group, has been appointed by the International Trademark Association (INTA) to serve on the Courts & Tribunals Subcommittee of its Enforcement Committee. (INTA is dedicated to the support and advancement of trademarks and related intellectual property as elements of fair and effective commerce.)
Cunningham handles intellectual property and technology cases throughout the United States, including unfair competition, non-competition agreements, trade secrets, trademarks, patents and copyrights.
