John C. Fusco practices primarily in the areas of U.S. government contracting, international trade and export compliance (including U.S. economic sanctions), export controls and licensing and U.S. Customs and trade laws. He routinely advises clients on compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as well as the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). John assists clients with issues before the Departments of Commerce and State on export control matters, and before U.S. Customs and Border Protection on Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) designations, customs seizures and tariffs. He assists in all areas of international trade, including the establishment of corporate distribution channels and corporate presence in foreign countries through either representative joint venture agreements or wholly owned foreign enterprises. In addition, John practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate and business litigation.
