Jason practices in the areas of business and finance where he represents businesses in connection with a broad range of complex commercial transactions. Jason also has significant experience with project development, including negotiating, structuring and documenting all legal aspects of infrastructure, transmission, power generation and other construction projects. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Studies at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.
