Jenna Montesano is an associate practicing in the areas of commercial real estate and commercial finance, principally in transactional commercial real estate acquisitions, commercial leasing and real estate and corporate debt and equity financing.

Jenna co-authored, under the supervision of Hartford (CT) Planning and Zoning Commission Chair Sara Bronin, the adopted zoning regulations for the City of Hartford pertaining to Low Impact Development, Pervious Paving, Green Roofs, and Bicycle Parking Incentives.

Prior to joining the firm, Jenna was a summer associate with Shipman & Goodwin. While in law school, she worked as a Corporate Legal Intern at Hubbell Incorporated; in addition, she was an intern at the Connecticut Urban Legal Initiative and the Children’s Law Center of Connecticut.
