Katie Kasinskas represents a diverse group of financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a broad range of corporate and commercial financing and restructuring transactions, including senior and junior credit facilities, asset-based lines of credit, real estate financing, loan workouts, and the restructuring of distressed debt and existing loans. Katie regularly advises clients with respect to the structuring, negotiating, and closing of these transactions.
Katie's experience includes internships with the House of Representatives and the legal department for New York Administration for Children's Services, and serving as a summer clerk for a New York Supreme Court, Commercial Division Judge.
Katie is fluent in Spanish and spent two years studying abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Represented a large regional bank in a multi-million dollar credit facility consisting of a revolving line of credit, capex line of credit, and term loan secured by multiple commercial properties and all business assets of a distributor of industrial and medical gases.
Debt Restructuring and Workouts
Represented a large regional bank in a debt restructuring and workout including a secured party sale under Article 9 to a national chain of drug stores.
