Leslie Davenport represents corporate trust clients in connection with debt securities transactions, agency appointments, corporate trust administration, risk management and related fiduciary matters. Leslie advises corporate trust clients with respect to secured transactions and Uniform Commercial Code Article 8 and 9 issues, including perfection, UCC filing, control agreements, opinions, and Revised Article 9 compliance. She also has extensive experience with assisting corporate trust clients with post-acquisition integration of corporate trust portfolios.

Prior to joining the firm, Leslie was a law clerk to the Honorable Ellen Bree Burns, United States District Court for the District of Connecticut in New Haven.

Leslie currently serves as Chair of the firm's Business Department and the Diversity Committee and as Secretary for the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity, Inc.
