From the outset of an investigation, whether civil or criminal, how a health care practitioner or provider and their counsel responds can have tremendous ramifications for the individual and a provider organization. Health care practitioners and their attorneys need to know the rules that apply when health care billing and other activities come under investigation. This program will provide insights of government prosecutors and litigators who bring health care fraud cases and the insights of criminal and civil private attorneys who defend practitioners and providers in health care matters.
