Shipman & Goodwin attorney Joseph P. Williams, a resident of Glastonbury, was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the Glastonbury Education Foundation. The mission of the Glastonbury Education Foundation is to promote excellence, innovation, and creativity in education for the children and community.
