Chuck Howard will give a presentation focusing on how people in large organizations and the organizations themselves report misconduct and resolve conflict. This issue has significant public policy implications in light of the current emphasis on whistleblower protection and the pressure today on organization s from employment, criminal, and corporate governance law and the transforming demographic and technology changes in modern society.
