Represented RAD Energy Corporation in their purchase by Sprague Energy Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Axel Johnson, for $60,000,000. Counsel included the confidentiality agreement, letter of intent and drafting of all purchase documents. Represented the client before the corporate financier, a boutique investment bank.
