Shipman & Goodwin has announced the elevation of three attorneys to partnership in the Firm. Moving up to partner status are Andy Bellach, Morgan Rueckert and Karen Staib.
Andreana Bellach represents boards of education in all education law matters, labor relations and employment law. These include teacher dismissal hearings, special education, student discipline, residency, general education law counseling, collective bargaining, personnel policies and practices, employee discipline and dismissal, and other education law matters.
Morgan Rueckert practices in the areas of criminal defense, government investigations, internal corporate investigations, tort defense, and complex business litigation.
Karen Staib practices in the areas of complex business and intellectual property litigation, with particular emphasis on franchise, petroleum marketing, noncompetition and trade secret matters. Karen represents clients in state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate levels.
