Sandy Olearcek has extensive experience in law firm administration, recruitment and diversity. She oversees the human resources function firm wide, works closely with practice group leaders on strategic issues and partners with the firm’s Diversity Committee Chair and Diversity Partner on diversity initiatives. In addition to her law firm experience, Sandy has experience in career planning and career counseling for attorneys and law students. She previously worked as the Assistant Dean and Director of Career Services at a law school in Massachusetts and as an interim Career Counselor at a Connecticut law school.
