Sonia Pedraza's practice focuses on tort, product liability and business litigation. She has represented major product manufacturers and retail establishments in a variety of matters ranging from premises liability to defective design cases. She has also handled complex business litigation matters for major oil companies involving franchise relationship issues, the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act, and Department of Transportation jurisdictional issues. Prior to practicing law, Sonia held positions at two major insurance companies for over thirteen years.
