Louis B. Schatz will discuss the new IRS partnership audit rules that take effect January 1, 2018 at the Fairfield County Bar Association's Tax Law Committee Luncheon Program.

The new rules will have an impact on virtually every partnership and limited liability company. In light of the new rules, practitioners will need to consider whether and how to update their LLC and partnership agreements to address issues raised by the new legislation. The presentation will provide both an overview of the new rules and a discussion of various drafting techniques to address concerns raised by the new rules. The presentation materials provided to attendees will include sample language and clauses.

Pricing is $25 (Members) and $50 (Non-Members). To register, visit www.fairfieldbar.org.  Attendees are eligible to receive one transitional and non-transitional NY & CT CLE area of practice credit.  For more information, contact the Fairfield County Bar Association at (203) 327-7041.
