Tara Plochocki focuses her practice on litigation, including trial and appellate involving general commercial, bankruptcy, and insurance coverage litigation.
Prior to joining Shipman & Goodwin, Tara was an associate at Hogan & Hartson LLP. She also worked as a legal intern at the ACLU of Southern California in 2005. While in law school at the University of Michigan, Tara was the Managing Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law. Tara serves as the Pro Bono Coordinator in our Washington, DC office.
Before attending law school, Tara worked for Emory University's Tibetan Studies Program in Dharamsala, India and served in the Peace Corps in Jordan.
