Defense of Expansion of Credit Union Membership

Dismissing for lack of standing claims by banks and banking associations that National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) violated "common bond" requirement of Federal Credit Union Act by expanding credit union’s membership to include different employee groups, First Nat’l Bank and Trust Co. v. National Credit Union Administration, 772 F. Supp. 609 (D.D.C. 1991), rev’d, 988 F.2d 1272 (D.C. Cir. 1993), aff’d, 522 U.S. 479 (1998).
