Danielle Furey is a member of the firm’s Corporate Trust and Business and Finance practices. She has extensive experience handling complex corporate and financial matters, including lending transactions, debt capital market transactions, structured finance transactions and restructurings. Danielle has represented financial institutions, as well as borrowers and issuers across various industry sectors (including retail, manufacturing and tobacco), in syndicated and unsyndicated, secured and unsecured financing transactions in connection with senior and subordinated debt. She has also provided ongoing counsel to financial institutions acting as corporate trustee, and in various other agent roles in structured finance transactions.

Danielle also provides legal advice to start-up companies and entrepreneurs with respect to employment matters, corporate organization, non-disclosure agreements and joint ventures.

Prior to joining the firm, Danielle practiced in the Financial Services Group at two major New England-based law firms. She also worked as an attorney for a leading bank and trust company.
