Danielle Furey is a member of the firm’s Corporate Trust and Business & Finance practices. Her practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions that provide corporate trust and related fiduciary services in a variety of complex corporate and financial matters, including debt capital markets and lending transactions, structured financings and restructurings. Danielle regularly represents financial institutions in their roles as corporate trustees, collateral agents, paying agents, custodians and securities intermediaries. She also has significant experience representing both borrowers and lenders in syndicated and unsyndicated, secured and unsecured financings in connection with senior and subordinated debt.
Danielle provides practical and creative legal solutions for her clients while protecting their interests and overall business objectives. She has fostered long-term relationships with her clients and has developed connections with other transaction parties that enable her to effectively and efficiently advocate for her clients’ interests.
Prior to joining the firm, Danielle practiced in the Financial Services Group at two major New England-based law firms. She also worked as an attorney for a leading bank and trust company.
